Food and Drinks
There will be a range of delicious hot and cold, vegetarian and vegan food on offer from the award winning Change Kitchen. Discounts will be given for those that bring their own plates, cutlery, bottles & cups.
We well as having a range of hot and cold soft drinks for sale, a free refill water point will also be available on site.
Return to Nature will not have a licensed bar and no alcohol will be on sale.
Waste and Recycling
There will be four waste and recycling points situated across the woodland. To support us with our ambition to be carbon neutral, and to respect the surrounding nature and wildlife, we ask that you help us take extra care, ensuring any litter is put into the appropriate bins.
There will be portaloos available on site, including a disabled loo with ramp access.
Event Info Point & Lost & Found
A centrally situated Info Point will be hosted by the lovely Return to Nature team, ready to answer your event related queries.
The Lost & Found Point will store lost property and lost children! Should you lose them, or they lose you, our professional Lost & Found Team will be on hand for the duration of the event. Please report lost kids to any steward or officials immediately and follow their advice.
Please note this will be a cash only event and that there are no cash points available on site. The nearest cash point is situated outside the Co-op on Dad’s Lane, Stirchely, B13 8PQ.
As an outdoor event, dogs are very much welcome! However, we request for the comfort of our audience members that they are kept on their leads at all times. Also, please ensure that any dog poo is picked up and put into the appropriate bins.
As an outdoor, woodland based event, we recommend you dress for the weather. Footpaths maybe uneven in places, so sturdy footwear is advised.
Poisonous Plants and Fungi
Situated in ancient woodland, a number of poisonous plants and fungi may be within hands reach. We therefore ask that you refrain from picking/handling any plants or fungi and that children are supervised at all times.
Please note This is an outdoor event in nature and there are hazards including ponds, nettles, brambles, poisonous plants and fungi. children must be supervised at all times and you should always stay on the main footpaths. Forward! Arts will not be liable for any accidents.
